We started The Home Co. because we are passionate about property. Our founders are property investors and enjoyed working on their respective properties so much they left the office-life behind and turned their attention to working in property full-time.

They chose property management because they thought it could be done better. Property management felt like it wasn’t prioritised by traditional real estate agents who focused their energy on sales and were frustrated by the quality of service provided, the cost for the service and having to use different agents with properties only a few minutes drive apart.

We charge only one week of rent plus GST. There are no other advertising charges.

Quality Sources

We source our tenants from the major platforms such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au and our expansive network. Each tenant is screened through national databases, identification is verified and proof of income is checked.

Photography

Do you need professional photography to help with your property? We can sort that for only $150 and the photos are yours to keep for future uses.
